IMPORTANT DATA For students needing a visa to study/stay in Belgium: applications need to arrive not later than February 15, for admission to the program starting October. Belgian residents and all other students: applications need to arrive not later than June 1st, for admission to the program starting October. Notice of decision of the Academic Board on your application: April 1st / July 1st. Required documents for application:

• application form • two confidential written reference letters to be supplied separately by the referees • authenticated copy of last academic record and/or final degree • a certificate of proficiency in English (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, CPE), except

when your degree was conferred by an English language University • two signed photographs (passport size)
