To approve order authorizing Dallas County and the Dallas County HospitalDistrict to participate in the City of Grand Prairie 1-20 Retail Tax IncrementFinance (TIF) District, beginning on January 1, 2000, by providing 11 % of anygenerated increment, up to $400,000 for each entity, for no more than twentyyears through December 31, 2019, or until the City of Grand Prairie terminatesthe TIF district, whichever comes first, authorizing the County Judge to sign therelated TIF district participation agreement, and outlining other conditions andstipulations.

To approve order approving the Juvenile Department's request to host a two-dayworkshop entitled, "Building Skills on High Risk Families," on April 25-26, 2000,authorizing the County Auditor to establish an escrow account for acceptingregistration fees collected from the workshop, and authorizing the County Judgeto sign an agreement with Sheraton Dallas Brookhollow Hotel for the use of theirfacilities for this workshop.
