c) Return boat transfer rates:

Child: RM 55.00 nett (11 yrs and below)

d) Special Boat Charter

Special boat charter between 3 pm to 6.00 pm : RM160.00 per boat per way.

Special boat charter between 6 am to 9.00 am : RM160.00 per boat per way.

Note : Special boat charter can accommodate maximum of 12 adults only.

Note : Special boat charter rate is additional to the return boat transfer charges.

Guidelines for arrangement of transfers

1. Guest arrival/departure details must be provided upon confirming the reservations.

2. Indicate number of pax, estimated time of arrival (ETA)

• This refers to arrival by flight for airport – jetty transfer.

• If arrival is by land, kindly advise ETA for boat transfer arrangements. A local phone contact would be helpful.

3. Boat transfers from MARANG jetty to resort are provided by 3rd party. Kindly indicate the guest’s preference of timing,

with reference to the boat schedule above.

4. For guests arriving after 1500hours, a special boat charter service will apply as per rates shown above. Please inform us

accordingly.

Terms & Conditions

1) All rates quoted in MYR with minimum 2 persons traveling together. Please ask for Single Travelers rates.

2) Each Villa can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults only.

3) Child rates applicable accompanying 02 adults in existing villa bed & applicable for ages between 3-11 years old.

4) There is no charge for children age 3 yrs & below (maximum 2 children) sharing room with adults in existing beds.

5) Child 3 yrs and below will only pay for Return boat transfer of RM55.00 per child.

6) Each villa is fitted with a King size bed & a Side Lounger (size of a single bed)

Gemia Island Day Trip Package (Ex – Marang Jetty) Adult - RM150.00

Children (4 – 12 years & below)- RM105.00

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The management reserved the right to alter the itinerary or cancel a tour due to unforeseen opera-

tional Condition.

• Reservation is subject to availability of rooms and confirmation will be on first come first serve basis.

• Non-refundable deposit of RM 150.00 per person is required upon confirmation of reservation and the

balance must be paid at least 20 days prior to arrival . The booking is confirmed once the deposit is

made.

• In the event of cancellation of bookings after full payment was remitted, the following cancellation

policies applies :-

More than 1 month to arrival date : 20% of total fare or deposit whichever is higher.

14 days to 29 days to arrival date : 50% of total package value

Less than 14 days to arrival date : NO Refund - 100% cancellation Fee

• NO REFUND will be made in whole or in part for any unused days or unconsumed food at the Resort

resulting from late arrival or premature departure. Confirmed guests who do not show up will be

charged in full and no refund will be made for whatever reasons.

• The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and

shall not be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury or dealt resulting from

activities which are beyond the management control.

• REVISION of rates is subject to resort discretion and without prior any notice.
