Geisha - Kentucky Bluegrass BMVG type is the performing artist of bluegrasses with high ratings for wear and early spring green-up. With good disease resistance and fast establishment, Geisha is perfect for high use venues such as parks, playgrounds and sports/athletic fields. Geisha will tolerate hard wear, and because of its rhizomes is able to regenerate itself even if the sward is badly damaged. The self repairing properties of Geisha plus rich color with good density make it suitable for landscaping and home lawn use as well. Geisha is a BVMG type variety with fast establishment and large seed but performs like an Aggressive with wear tolerance.

Geisha is suited for core areas of high use such as parks, sports fields, and playgrounds. It can be planted as a straight, but improves wear tolerance and disease resistance to any mixture it is added to.
