Alan LuoManaging Partner

Prior to founding Geeker Consulting, Alan Luo role as Technology Practice Leader in PSD Group to lead the specialized practice lines of Information and Communication Technology across whole China geographies. He is responsible for establishing team of 360°consultants and developing global big key clients.

From 2009 to 2010, Alan was Branch Manager at GEN Management Consulting - one of largest privately held executive search firm with 8 offices in China. Alan helped to establish the IT practice in Shanghai from scratch and lead team of 10+ people cross Beijing and Shanghai focus on diversity industry recruitment, his responsibilities covering business development, execution and management of both teams and P&L.

From 2006 to 2008. Alan Luo was a Business Consultant with MRI Worldwide China Group focused on the IT practice executive search in Greater China. Alan has demonstrated an illustrious and consistent track record of successes in account management as well as assignment delivery. He successfully recruiting and cultivating talent in the IT sector. Alan has placed Global Delivery Center Head, Asia Pacific Project Leads, Country Managers, Sales & Marketing professionals, and business consultants into top IT companies like SAP, HP and Accenture etc. He has built a long-term, sustainable relationship with both clients and top talents in the IT industry.

Prior to starting his recruiting career, Alan has gained 4 years IT industry experience as the Account Manager with a Hong Kong IT System Integration Company and an USA IT management training consulting firm.

Alan was trained academically in computer software and applications development. Hold a Bachelor of International Trading and has gained Pre-MBA degree from an international business institute.
