LEA Michele reckons sheis boring. The Glee star isso committed to her role asRachel Berry on the hitChannel 10 show that itleaves little time for any-thing else.

The 24-year-old oftenworks 12 to 14-hour dayson the set of Glee — thenthere are dance routinesand scripts to learn, plusrecording the endlesssoundtrack CDs.

‘‘If you knew me, you’dbe bored,’’ Michele laughs.

‘‘I just live a really quietlife. I spend as much timeas I can with my family.’’

Glee creator RyanMurphy recently revealedsome of the Glee cast wouldbe graduated at the end ofthe 2012 season — but he’dbe a brave man to get rid ofMichele.

She was voted one of2010’s most influential peo-ple by Time magazine.Something about hercharacter resonates withviewers.

‘‘Here you have a charac-ter (Rachel) who has beenraised by two openly gaymen and she doesn’t looklike the rest of her class-mates,’’ she says. ‘‘Rachelstays true to who she isand is proud of that.

‘‘That is such an incred-ible message to tell younggirls and all kids out there:Stay true to who you areand where you come fromand don’t let anybodychange you.’’
