GE is working with Rosatom since 2012 and participate in different public procurement procedure covering supply and servicing projects.

The aim of the procurement procedure to ensure the transparency, it leads to• Demanding tendering and translation efforts • Long selection procedure• Qualification requirement are set to ensure widest selection of potential bidders• The main driver of the selection is the competitive pricing

GE has very significant footprint in Hungary which include manufacturing and logistic capacities.We have launched a Vendor qualification project to prepare our potential supplier to the requirements.GE will welcome cost competitive, qualified suppliers from the CEE region for all its NPP project.GE is committed to adjust its sourcing policy for any new tender to the project specific procurement framework agreed between the EPC contractor and the End User.

One shall recognize that the NPP projects are extremely complex with many stakeholders and we see that Rosatom is one of the most mature vendor, which offers very competitive value/price ratio with extremely diverse product portfolio and back-end solution.

GE is a proud supplier of the Turbine Island Equipment and Systems. Our experience to share is:• Rosatom has a very strong in-house engineering capacity• Rosatom is a reliable Customer, we have not observed delays in any their

payment obligations.

At the same time projects might have different contractual setup/financing/ permitting/engineering approach.
