FeaturesSpectra RMS™ Molded Case Circuit Breakers

SE150, SF250, SG600, and SK1200 circuit breaker frames have adigital, solid-state, rms sensing trip system with field installable,front-mounted rating plugs to establish or change the breakerampere rating. Adjustable instantaneous with tracking short-timeis standard on all frames including SE150. The trip system usesdigital sampling to determine the rms value of sinusoidal andnonsinusoidal currents.

MicroVersaTrip Plus™ Trip Units or MicroVersaTrip PM™Trip UnitsSG600 and SK1200 are optionally available with eitherMicroVersaTrip Plus™ or MicroVersaTrip PMrM trip units which offerexpanded functionality in the same space-saving size of standardSpectra RMS™ breakers. The trip system uses digital sampling todetermine the rms value of sinusoidal and nonsinusoidal currents.

Section 4Molded Case Circuit Breakers

• Spectra RMS™ breakers are ambient insensitive. Trip times willnot vary over the range 10-50°C breaker ambient Refer toGET-7002 for further application information.

• Spectra RMS™ breakers contain no parts that would supportfungus growth and are, therefore, inherently fungusproof.
