DashboardsDashboards provide you with multiple, executive-level views of

critical elements presented simultaneously. The FFA Executive

Dashboard comes with four pre-configured dashboards,

including:

1. Efficiency Dashboard – provides metrics on hours worked,

productive and non-productive hours, and the productivity of

individual engineers.

2. Throughput Dashboard – provides metrics on opened,

required, scheduled, and completed jobs as well as actual and

planned time spent on jobs by individual engineers. It also

provides job metrics on locations with heavy maintenance

records and problem actions.

3. SLA Dashboard – provides metrics on the number of jobs, the

number that met the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the

number that missed the SLA by individual engineers. It also

presents metrics on the best and worst jobs in terms of SLA

met or missed in hours.

4. Capacity Planning Dashboard – provides metrics on the

number of hours actually logged against a job (on-site hours)

against the estimated number of hours. It also provides

metrics on the amount of shift hours and available hours.

ReportsThe numerous standard reports that come with the FFA

Executive Dashboard provide detailed information, including site

detail information, work order detail information, field resource

actions, and much more. Additional reports can be developed by

one of your trained staff.

ImplementationOur goal is to accelerate your implementation, transfer

knowledge quickly to your staff, and set up the FFA Executive

existing data-warehousing and reporting infrastructure, or can

be provided as a prepackaged set of reports that were developed

using Business Objects®.
