ARF ParkThe ARF Park is a one acre fenced area where dogs can run off leash and socialize in a safe and secure area. The ARF Park provides a place for people and dogs to relax, exercise and socialize. The park features open space where dogs can play in a legal off leash area. The park offers a double gated perimeter divided into two sections, one being for larger dogs and the other for smaller or older dogs. The park is complete with several mature trees for shade, easy access to the Cardinal Greenway for constructive leash walking, a water source in the park, benches and recepticles for dog waste. Currently ARF’s Bark Park is the only dog park in the City of Muncie. All proceeds from membership go directly to the animals in ARF’s care and park maintenance.


ANDYAndy is an amazing, sweet, silly, playful, exuberant, huggable young man who almost lost his life to Pneu-monia. Andy wanted to live and so he fought along side the Vet’s who worked to treat him. This precious boy is so deserving of all the very best that life has to offer. Along with Andy’s youthful spirit and love for play come what some would consider a “special need”, sweet Andy is deaf.

ABEAbe was brought to ARF after someone found him left to die with two gunshot wounds to his neck. He was rushed to the vet where he was treated immediately. Luckily, the vet was able to repair his wounds and since then, Abe has made a full recovery. This sweet boy is in need of a loving and active home to be a part of. He is very friendly (his tail is always wagging) with everyone he meets, he gets along well with others and he doesn’t even mind cats!

LANCE ARMSTRONGLance is a wonderful young man who likes to be in-volved in what’s going on around him, but prefers not to be in the middle of it :). He has a great personality; he’s sweet, social, kind and gets along well with others.

FLUFFYFluffy is new to ARF and arrived as an owner surrender. This beautiful and very sweet natured girl is wondering where her home is and is surely feeling just a little bit lost. Fluffy is a nice girl and she loves when you talk to her and call her by name. She needs a home environment where she can have all the attention and love that she needs and deserves. Fluffy is beautiful, but when you meet her, you’ll see that there is more to her than just a pretty face!
