GOVERNMENT CHIEF INFORMATIONOFFICER (GCIO) GCIO represents the ability ofthe agency leadership togovern and manage theeffective, efficient, reliable andsustainable integration ofinformation andcommunication technology fororganizational transformation,leading to better delivery ofoutcomes for the developmentagenda and expected quality ofexperience for the citizen. 5.
