NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE A LICENCE FOR TRANSPORTATION OF DOMESTIC WASTE

Notice is hereby given that an application for a Licence for transportation of domestic waste has been received by the National Environment Management Authority, (NEMA) from DE WASTE (U) LTD., Plot 81, Upper Kololo Terrace, Kampala, Uganda.

The domestic waste is to be transported from residential and commercial areas around Kampala to- Lusanja, Mpererwe, Wakiso District.

NEMA will proceed to consider granting the Licence for transportation of domestic waste if no objections are received at NEMA Offices or the Municipal Environment Office, Wakiso within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this Notice.
