Introduction
As we are coming from
the celebration of our
resurrected King and sav-
ior, our Lord Jesus Christ;
I thought it would be rele-
vant for us to think about
His marvelous triumph of
the cross. There are 3
things that I would like to
highlight: (Heb 2:10)
1.HIS SUFFERINGS WERE
FITTING: (Heb 2:10a)
“For it became Him” to be
made perfect through
suffering. Later on the
writer of Hebrews builds
heavily on that because
Christ’s Priesthood is
possible only because He
knew human life in all joy
and sorrows, all its temp-
tations and trials.
2. HIS SUFFERINGS
WERE FRUITFUL: (Heb
2:10b)
“For as a result of them
He brings many sons to
glory.” Christ’s disciples
have an astounding place
in the family because
they are sons and daugh-
ters. We will be in glory
in Heaven. The Lord’s
finished work on Calvary
prepared Christians in
glory today. He has pre-
pared a place for us.
3. HIS SUFFERINGS WERE
FUNDAMENTAL AS WELL.
“They made the author of
our salvation perfect.”
Our Lord didn’t need to
be made perfect as He is
divine and perfect mor-
ally. As the tablets of the
unbroken law were placed
on the ark of the cove-
nant , so did the unbro-

a Personal Assistant to the DS as from 15 March
2010.
Memoirs
During the Month of May 2010, 2 of our dedi-
cated grannies and Pastor’s wife passed on.
Mrs.Maria Kriel (89) and Mrs. Josephina Selepe
(86). They have played an important role in the
Leadership and support of their husbands Minis-
try.

By His Grace, we need to thank the Lord for providing us as a District with
an office located East of Krugersdorp at number 39 Hompes Street Lewi-
sham which is central to the geography and radius of our District.
To travel to the Office is very easy and accessible, as all mode of road and
rail transport is available. We are 400meters away from Luipardsvlei Sta-
tion and Taxi Rank. We are close to most of the main Roads in the West
Rand being:R28 or N14, R24, Ontdekkers & the N1 is only 15 km away.
We are 6 km from Westgate Shopping Center, 6km from Key West Shop-
ping Center, 11 km to our Regional Office and 20km to NTC our College.
Thanking the Booyens, VanderbijlPark Church (Elshamai) and NTK for ac-
commodating us in the past. Thank You to the Advisory Board, Financial
Committee and the Properties Board for your Vision

Church and they have
already erected a roof
structure.
Geluksdal Churh is also
busy with the construction of
their new Church.
The Lenasia Church got
their building plans to start
their project of extending the
present structure.
The Orlando project of reno-
vating the present premises
and structure ended up with
a rally on the 31st of May
2010. Apologies for any mis-
communication and proper
consultation of the Local

opening doors for them to
be able to accomplish this
huge task.

ject is the Ennerdale
church and the Soweto zone.

this a success.
