Universal Area Monitor Accepts Combustible (Infrared or Catalytic), Toxic and Oxygen Gas Sensors

The newest addition to the SensAlert line of fixed gas monitors — SensAlert Plus is the unique modularly expandable point gas detector that delivers the most desirable high-end features and diagnostics while minimizing the cost of ownership and maximizing current and future flexibility.

Transmitter

TheFMandATEXhazardousareaapprovedSensAlertPlus transmitter has dual in-line conduit entries with anengineeredpolymersensorhead.AlargebacklitLCDdisplayand non-intrusive user interface enable fast configuration, maintenance and complete sensor data retrieval.Configurable relays, analog or digital outputs, diagnosticsand Test-on-demand™ deliver the highest reliability andfunctionavailablefromanypointgasdetector.

Sensor

The SensAlertPlus sensor head is certified intrinsicallysafe (all versions) and can be mounted on the transmitteror remotely up to 100 feet (30m). Sensors are availablefor monitoring toxics, Oxygen and combustible (Infraredand Catalytic) gases in many ranges. The sensor has activecontinuous temperature compensation and nonvolatilememory for transportable calibration and application dataincludinggasnameortype, span, alarmvaluesandexposurehistory. All SensAlertPlus sensors are recognized by thetransmitter which automatically configures to the sensoronboarddata, whileretainingpreviouscustomsettings.
