Atlantic City Boardwalk: New Boutique Casino LawIn keeping with our belief in the viability of casino revenue on the Atlantic City New Jersey Boardwalk, we have begun work to develop, operate, and own a casino-resort-hotel there. Conceived in our analysis that the market is not at all saturated (slot machine win-per-unit-per-day in Atlantic City is among the highest in the USA), will be the first built under the State’s “boutique” casinos law. Initial revenue forecasts project the property to generate a higher return-on-investment than most development projects. The Gulf Coast of Mississippi

We have negotiated a Letter of Intent to develop, operate and own 100% of a casino-resort-hotel-entertainment complex on the gulf coast of Mississippi exactly half-way between New Orleans Louisiana and Mobile Alabama. A feasibility study for the project, prepared by The Innovation Group, projects gross gaming revenue at $96.4-million annually by the end of the fifth year of operation.

Slot Machine DistributionExpanding on our co-founder’s core business, we have developed manufacturer’s representative distribution agreements with major non-US-based slot machine companies wishing to enter the American market. Additional we have begun a joint-venture with major international corporation and Indian Tribe to create new slot machine company and develop their-branded slot machines to compete with the major developers

New Tribal CasinosWe have an agreement with the Waccamaw Indian People of South Carolina to fund the tribe's quest to gain federal recognition and ultimately develop and operate a resort-hotel-casino on the Tribe’s homeland near Myrtle Beach South Carolina (the 3rd busiest tourist driving destination in the Country). We also are the exclusive developer for a northern California Native American Indian project that is approved and ready for immediate development.Entertainment Projects

In conjunction with our Mississippi casino project (where state law requires a major tourism amenity), we operate a multiple-function entertainment company immersed in Vegas-style production shows, recording, publishing, television, and film; including a roster of nationally-known entertainers currently on the casino circuit.

Buddy Levy is truly one of the founding fathers of Indian Tribal gaming. He negotiated, and held for 20 years, the first Indian gaming management contract and was one of the guiding forces in bringing the landmark 1981 court case that created Indian casinos in America. Today, he is widely recognized as the leading expert in regulatory requirements in Indian Gaming. Buddy has been involved in both the legal and operational side of Native American Gaming since 1979. Today, he combines a transactional legal practice, including a General Counsel position, with that of his private gaming practice representing primarily foreign entities desiring entry into the US gambling market. For most of Buddy’s career, his practice has concentrated on both transactional and gaming matters; and for more than half that time he has served in the position of General Counsel for different companies. Widely acknowledged as an expert in navigating the regulatory requirements of Indian Gaming, he is recognized as a master of the detailed and constantly changing Tribal gaming licensing procedures.
