the New pad-Lock Rapid and pad-Lock Flash liners have all of the performance and comfort advantages of a traditional liner, while they are one of the lightest liners on the market. This is a huge step forward in rugged traditional liners.

The best EVA foams are used for warmth, support, and com-fort.

The plastic-reinforced tongue distributes pressure both for shin protection and skiing performance.

The plastic-reinforced cuff is hinged for touring.

The New G-fit Liner is one of the most refined thermoformable liners on the market, using different thicknesses and densities of foam in key areas for the best comfort and function, as well as a unique, high-performance, reinforced

tongue and cuff that give added comfort and the necessary leverage for stiff boots. Its new sole and tongue design dial a close fit that cradles the foot

in warm, thermoformed comfort. The new design has a separately-sewn sole design that sits flatter inside the boot shell to get the most width

and comfort out of the shell without increasing the volume. Grey sup-port-density foam extends to the metatarsals for better foot sup-

port. Stitching in the mid-foot area has been removed for more comfort around the nevicular and cuboid areas. The G-Fit’s sim-

ple, low-profile lacing system is the only lacing system avail-able in a 100% thermoformable liner, offering the option for skiers who prefer laces, especially useful for extended tour-ing. The G-Fit is truly the best of both worlds, the perform-ance of a traditional liner with the comfort and light weight of thermoformability.

every kind of skiing because we do not believe that boots should be specialized at the expense of versatility; they should not sacrifice too much of one aspect of ski mountaineering

for another. That’s why every Garmont SKI MOUNTAINEERING boot is developed to perform admirably in the unpredictable conditions encountered in the high

mountains, regardless of the tour or terrain, uphill or downhill. Much of the secret of our boots’ performance is in the details. We test and perfect each

Garmont’s new a.d.d. Wrap overlap ski mountaineering boots set a new standard in ski mountaineering boots.

Their unique overlap more closely follows the anatomy of the foot and lower leg for crisp, precise downhill

performance, while cradling it comfortably and securely for touring comfort. The unique overlap design eliminates the restrictive tongue to allow more independent movement between the cuff and lower shell. That means better walking, climbing, and skinning, with a progressive downhill flex.

have the streamlined Garmont G-Move mechanism.

A flip down of the lever locks the boots’ cuffs securely in

your choice of two for-ward lean positions. The Mega-Ride, Mega-

Star, G-Ride, and She-Ride lock at 19º and 24º, and unlock in a free walk

position. The Mega Lite and Dynamite lock at 17º and 22º, and unlock for walking.

double-injected Cuff: The Mega-Ride, Mega-Star, G-Ride, and She-Ride have double-injected cuffs with a very stiff injection for lateral and rearward support, and a softer injection that wraps comfortably around the leg for quick, precise response.

Canting: Our cuff alignment (canting) mechanism allows you to customize

the best Power Freeride boots on the market. They are born from the remarkable, full-race G1, the newest and most anatomical racing boot available. The RACE G_1 130 is a race boot

with a more forgiving, all day fit. And the new G2 is an ALL MOUNTAIN PERFORMANCE boot that offers superb performance in a more forgiving flex for a wide variety

of terrain.

WE STARTED WITH A RACING MACHINE, THE G1, GARMONT’S FORMULA 1

The G1 is Garmont’s proving ground, our full-race Formula One machine where we can test and perfect the

technologies in the most demanding situations. The G1 the state-of-the-art alpine racing boot combining the

highest skiing performance with a custom anatomical fit. Remarkable comfort has been achieved in its close race fit by using Garmont’s a.d.d. design. The G1’s stiff, performance shell carefully follows the anatomy of the foot as though it’s vacuum-fit or shrink-wrapped around the foot’s natural asymmetry and irregularities. These irregularities, normally punched and stretched by an expert boot fitter, have been built into the G1 last.

With the 7tm Power Tour binding, skiers can tour efficiently without needing to force the boot to flex. In the uphill mode, the pivot point of the binding is at the tip of your boot – similar to an Alpine Touring Binding. This means less resistance and more energy savings. All releasable 7tm’s come with an integrated lateral twist release that’s bombproof in function. Only 7tm provides decisive control over release and telemark-retention. Its patented design allows release, even if the boot is flexed by 90 degrees. After release, simply step back in. part of the binding remains with the boot, making it easy, even in deep snow. In the unlikely event of a low frontal impact, the releasable 7tm’s even provide an optional form of forward-shear release, too.

The 7tm’s are the only releasable telemark bindings tested and approved by the German TuV according to dIN/IsO 9462 standard.
