The on-grade garage provides parking for one accessible parking space.No other residential parking is provided as approved by Use Permit # 12-10000021. A car-sharing program will have 4-10 vehicles within thegarage.

The project will provide 230 bicycle stalls (154 in units + 28 at grade + 48in basement).

LOT COVERAGE: As per BMC 23.D.48.070.F the maxiumum lot coverage for corner lots is60%. Therefore 27,223sf (LOT SIZE) x 60% (MAX LOT COVERAGE) =16,333. The proposed project has a lot coverage of 50% (building foorprint13,519/ lot area 27,225), so ok.
