GARDENS ARE FOR PEOPLE (AND BUTTERFLIES)

In our continuously and rapidly changing world, gardens acquire a new value. They represent more than ever, a valuable oasis where humans can relax, reflect and regain energy for their interactions with/in the challenging and stressful outside world. Gardens should invite us to step in, stop for a while and let go.

This concept thus plays with simple and powerful interaction of two layers - our social and ourphysical world, enabling calming effect produced by the magic mix of gardens’ plants, objects,insects and brids. This garden captures the inspirational moment we could live in our gardens –relaxing position with a horizon full of calming movements, textures and colors accompanied by so discreet yet so powerful sign of life and energy – birds and butterflies flying in and out as the grass, native to Canada’s prairies, hosts Skipper butterfly larvae.
