7. Be It Resolved, that the Board of Education approves the following resolution which relates to the appointment of voters to act as Inspectors of Election:

RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of the Education Law, the following qualified voter of the District is hereby appointed to act as Inspectors of Election at the rate of $8.70 per hour for the Annual District Vote held on May 17, 2011 to perform such duties and take such action as prescribed by the Education Law:

and the District Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give written notice of the appointment so made by the Board of Education not less than (10) days prior to the date of said Annual District Vote held on May 17, 2011.

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the District Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to notify this Board of Education forthwith if any of such person herein appointed to the respective office refuses to accept such appointment or fails to serve, in which case this Board of Education is to take such further action as may be authorized in such circumstances pursuant to the Education Law. In the event that this Board of Education is unable to hold a meeting to appoint a qualified voter of this School District to fill a vacancy caused by the refusal of any such persons to serve, the District Clerk is hereby authorized to appoint a qualified voter of the School District to fill such a vacancy.

8. Be It Resolved, that the Board of Education designates the sum as listed below as appropriations to the district financial reserve accounts from currently existing undesignated fund balance as of the 2010/2011 school year:

Be It Resolved, that the Board of Education approves the agreement with Abilities, Inc. for summer transition services for the six weeks period of July 5, 2011 through August 12, 2011 at a cost of $3,300 per student and for September 2011 through June 2012 at a cost of $13,000 for part time students (2 ½ hours per day) and $15,000 for full time students (5 hours per day).

The group yearly rate per student for occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech and language is $950. The per student yearly rate for individual, one hour resource room sessions is $2,800 (group $1,400). The extended school day per week, per student cost for five hours is $9,000; three hours per week is $5,400. One hour parent training, per month, per student is $500. Evaluations: occupational therapy and physical therapy at $140; speech and education by special educator $225; bilingual special educator and vision and hearing at $300; bilingual speech at $350, psychological at $450; bilingual psychological at $500; psychological educator at $700, bilingual psychological educator at $750, assistive technology at $1,500. Screenings are $45 per screening. Whole classroom push-ins for occupational therapy are $70 per ½ hour. Handwriting groups are $65 per ½ hour up to eight children. Behavior intervention consultants are $100 hourly in school for school staff and $100 hourly for individual in home. Staff development at $1,100 per day, $600 per ½ day.
