PROGRAM INFORMATION

Enrollment: There are 2 ways to enroll:

1) by mail, starting immediately, or 2) in-person, starting FRIDAY, JANUARY 8, 2016

Enrollment by mail is strongly recommended since the most popular classes

fill up quickly and usually are filled by the time in-person registration starts. All classes have limited enrollments.

Only mail actually postmarked by the United States Postal Service

will be processed prior to the first day of in-person registration. Any registration received other than by postmarked USPS prior to the first day

of in-person registration will be held and processed on or after the first day of in-person registration. Registrations will be processed in order of their receipt.

We cannot be responsible for delays of the mail.

Waiting Lists: We do not maintain waiting lists for oversubscribed classes.

Friends (Or Siblings) In The Same Class:

We cannot guarantee friends being placed in the same class. Since we receive hundreds of registrations, it is not practical for us

to search all of the registrations to put friends together. The best way (but still not guaranteed) to have friends together is to mail your child's registration

and the friend's registration in the same envelope.

Priority: Classes are open to residents and non-residents.

However, Garden City residents have priority for the first week of mail registration.

Class Rosters: Class rosters will be posted outside each class on the first day.

The teachers do not have anything to do with registration. Therefore, please do not ask the teacher to admit your child on the 1st day of class

unless your child's name appears on the roster.

No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued unless a class is canceled or oversubscribed.

Confirmations:

In order to receive a confirmation you MUST send a self-addressed stamped envelope with your child's/children’s registration. Each child needs an envelope of his/her own.

Snow Alert - Snow Make-up Day:

None of the local radio stations announce Saturday school closings. When considering the weather conditions, please rely on your own common sense and keep in mind that, while you may be able to make it the short distance to the school, some of our instructors may be coming from other counties.

Regardless of the number of snow days, there will be only 1 snow make-up day this year.
