Massive waste reduction

These processing centers are all around the Tokyo area. In addition to that, there is a highly aggressive “3R” action plan in place. (1-Reduce: Reduce using something and throwing it away the same day [least expensive]. 2-Reuse: After fulling using something, fine other ways it can continue to be used [Second least expensive]. 3-Recycle: Process what is thrown away to convert it back to raw materials for other products.[Third least expensive]) All these efforts have reduced the waste volume created in the 23 districts in Tokyo.
