During her sophomore sea-son,Pagehaskept thepressureon the opposition by averaging22.5pointsagameandfivere-bounds per outing in leadingNortheasttoa3-3markaftertheLady Tigers first six games oftheyear.
Vance, a freshman fromRi-pley, has become a floor gen-eral for David Robbins’ unde-feated Tigers. Under Vance’sleadership, Northeast openedthe2011-12season6-0and theNortheastfreshmenisaveraging
19.83pointspergameafterknockingoffMeridian80-78onMonday,November28.
InthegameagainsttheEagles,VancescoredafourthoftheTigerspoints(20)whiledishingoutapairofassistsandhitting50-percentofhisshots(7-of-14).
Duringthe2011-12season,PagehasbeenaconstantleaderfortheLadyTigerstallying135pointsinsixgamesandaveragingoverastealagameforthe5-11forward.
WhileVance has donemost of his scoring fromoutside the lane,Page’smarkershavecomeona59-percentshootingeffortthathasyetto
seetheNortheastsophomoreattemptathree-pointfieldgoal.PagehasalsobeenathreatoftheLadyTigersatthecharitystripe

During her final season atBelmont, Page was named the2009-10 Daily Journal HighSchool Girls Basketball PlayeroftheYearafteraveraging20.9pointspergameandgrabbed6.5rebounds.
Page sharpened her defen-sive skills at Belmont as wellwhere the 5-11 forward aver-aged2.1stealspergamefortheLadyCardinalsinherfinalcam-paign.
Vancewasascoringmachinefor Grant Gardner’s Ripley Ti-gersinhisfinalyearandfinishedaveraging31.4pointspergameand pulled down 5.7 reboundsperouting.
Whennotputtingpointsontheboard,Vancewasbusyhelpinghisteammatesfinishwithan18-13markwith4.6assistspergameand2.9stealspercontestaverage.
During the semifinals of the Division 1-3A Tournament held atNortheast,VanceputonashowagainsteventualClass3AStateCham-pionBoonevillewhen the then-Ripley senior finishedwith 48 points–hissixth40-pointgameoftheseason.
Following his final campaign with the Ripley Tigers, Vance wasnamedthe2010-11Division1-3APlayeroftheyearandwasa2011All-StateHonorableMentionselectionbyTheClarion-LedgerinJackson.
