Illustration 1. Access Door Removal
There are a total of 4 mounting locations (total of 24 sheetmetal screws) used in this step of the installation.
For beam bracket attachment, the panel access door will need to be removed and stored until table assembly is complete.
The beam attachment bracket will straddle the door fastener. Attach the beam bracket using the bottom 6 holes to the metal vertical of the end panel. Note that the slots for the sliding doors are oriented toward the center of the end panel.

Illustration 5. Electrical Clamp Bracket Installation
Align the post of the end panel bezel to the slotted hole in the top of the electrical clamp bracket. Slide the bezel vertically into place.
Apply pressure to the face of the bezel to bring it as close to the end panel face as possible. Install the 2 machine screws through the clearance holes in the bottom of the electrical clamp bracket into the tapped bezel post until fully seated. There are 2 bezels per table, 4 screws total.
Install the end panel top bracket with the flathead thread cutting screws provided. There are 5 screws per plate, with an installation of 4 plates required.
Align the electrical clamp bracket mounting holes with the top set of holes in the beam attachment bracket and attach with 4 sheetmetal screws. There are 2 brackets, one per end panel, for a total of 8 screws.
Note: Only for Power End Panels used for electrical and bezel retention. Skip this step for Non-Power End Panels.
Note: Only for power End Panels, skip this step if non-powered.

If the end condition electrical is not being used, a cover can be installed to cover up the clearance cutouts in the bezel. Slide the bezel cap on top of the base to the bezel until the inside of the bezel cap comes into contact with the electrical clamp bracket.
With the bezel cap fully seated against the electrical clamp bracket, install the 2 sheetmetal screws to secure it. There is 1 bezel cap supplied per powered end panel.
The interior screw location on the full top is a particle board screw.

Note: Method described in Illustrations 8 & 9 is for the split top model. Pilot holes for the full top model match the same hole configuration as the split top unit.
Single sided tops of a split top unit have
7 pilot holes. 1 set of 2 pilot holes lines up with
the outside set of holes in the end panel top bracket (Illustration 8 & 9). There is a final set of 3 pilot holes that line up with the holes in the beam assembly (Illustration 9).
Install all 14 screws (7 per side) for both sides loosely before checking for surface edge and end panel face alignment (Illustration 10).

Illustration 9. Pilot Hole & Insert Locations
1 pilot hole and 2 inserts are located in this configuration on each corner of the table. Total of 4 pilot holes and 8 inserts. The full top has a total of 8 pilot holes and 4 inserts.
2 pilot holes are located in the center of the table (total of 2).

Bottom View of the Table Assembly
Step 1: Make sure the sides of the tops overhang the end panel face by about 1/8".
Step 2: Make sure the front and back of the surfaces overhang the sides of the panel by about 1/16". When the overhang is consistent around the outside of the table assembly, tighten down the screws.
Step 3: Attach the remaining 18 screws. (14 additional beam to surface screws and 4 additional end panel top bracket to surface screws).
Illustration 11. Table Leveling To avoid damage to the end panel skin, the prybar needs to come into contact with the end panel bottom horizontal support before attempting to lift the end panel. The glide can be adjusted by hand or a panel leveling tool may also be used.

Move down the table edge to the desired position. If it is a veneer surface, be careful with the bare surface as to not cause damage as it is being positioned.
Slide the electrical toward the clamping surface until it rests against the power cord. (Power cord not shown in the image.) Tighten the thumb screws to secure the electrical unit.
Slide the mid condition electrical in through the gap between the surfaces.

The dimension of 3-1/4" will center the hidden electrical between the top sliding door and the underneath side of the surface.
With the 4 screws provided, attach the mounting bracket.
Slide the back of the hidden electrical unit onto the mounting bracket.
The electrical unit will snap into place when secure.
Using a 9/64" bit, drill 4 holes in the configuration shown above.
