I am responsible for Human Resources for Latin America at bioMérieux, managing all subsystems related to this area. My main achievements in this company so far are. reorganization of the Region (right people in the right place), leadership development, launch of the Commercial Capabilities training center in Brazil to support the region, total compensation analysis for LATAM, redesign of Human Resources processes, best practices sharing and synergies among the region and with North America, improving the working relationship between the HR LATAM, North America and Headquarter (France), promotion of internal employees and acquisition of talents aiming to enhance the organizational performance End of 2010 I assumed the position of Sr. Human Resources Manager for the South Region of Brazil at Syngenta. In this role I was responsible for all HR processes, including the cycle of annual compensation, performance management, succession planning, retention program, recruitment and selection, management of organizational environment, people development (whether collective or individual), workforce planning and others. As a member of the Executive Committee of this Business Unit I was responsible for sharing HR best practices with our main distributors and implementing good practices and processes to support business strategy. As POD Manager (People and Organization Development) I was responsible for developing and/or sharing global processes and policies with the HR Business Partners, The areas under my responsibility were Performance Management, Talent Management and Acquisition, Learning and Development and Organization development and some of the programs Ive worked are: Trainees, Interns, EVP (Employee Value Proposition), Recognition, Mentoring and others. As HR Business Partner for Marketing, Sales, Research & Development and New Business (Brazil and Latin America HQ) at Syngenta, I was responsible for implementing HR processes and procedures according to HQ and the experts orientation as well as customized practices, according to business needs. I've worked in partnership with the managers on their issues related to people management, coaching and feedback, change management and design of appropriate organizational models. In the case of R&D area I've developed, together with an Institute, an MBA program for technical team formation. From 2005 to 2007 I was in charge of Human Resources Operations, managing the implementation of the HR Transformation projectin Brazil. This project had as main objectives to unify and redesign HR processes and policies among different Business Units, the outsourcing of transactional activities such as payroll, personnel administration and benefits, the implementation of some modules of HR SAP, the creation of a shared service center and the deployment of HR Business Partners and Experts concept. On this occasion, I had the opportunity to manage a team of 12 professionals and worked in partnership with PWC and Arinso consultants. I have experience in the analysis of HR activities outsourcing, from vendor’s evaluation, definition and validation of contracts, establishment of Service Level Agreements as well as the definition of KPIs (key Performance Indicators) to monitor and measure the quality of the services provided. I’ve had international experience in Switzerland (Basel) in 2003, for a period of ten months, gained through participation in global project. My role was to work on the design of global policies and processes for Learning & Development stream (macro level), including the conduction of workshops in Human Resources Area

As HR Coordinator I was responsible for some projects such as the implementation and analysis of the Global Environment Research, design and implementation of the Corporate Recognition Program, system design for Performance Management, many activities related to the inclusion of Syngenta in the “Best Companies to Work”, among other projects specific to HR the area. At Novartis Agribusiness and Biosciences was responsible for developing a tool to consolidate financial information to support business decision (Navigation Map). I’ve coordinated budget processes and their reviews, as well as the development of monthly expenses reports. I was also responsible for preparing headcounts reports and other tools to support specific needs of the business. At Wal Mart Brazil I’ve redesigned processes to improve the flow of information between the central office and the shops. I have provided managerial information such as daily margin, inventory, average ticket, markup and markdown, with the aim of supporting the decision-making of commercial team in sales campaigns. I’ve participated in the budget process and their respective reviews.
