Please become familiar with how to use this guide as well as the intake procedures and requirements outlined below.

This guide is structured to mimic the Simplifi GRC Property Profile page Documents tab where you can drill down into each folder. Each of the major classifications has its own section, tab, color, and code (see illustration). Use the “quick-reference” index, located on the cover, to find the corresponding tab Code for each section, such as ”PM” for Property Management.

How to Use this Guide

Within each tab section, you may view all of the related sub-categories. When using this guide to complete the intake form, use the tab codes along with the letter and number sub-category codes to designate the appropriate classification for each new document you are submitting. Additional instruction for completing the intake form may be found on the next page.

Add comments or special instructions to the intake form. Common examples include: •Comments about the document which should be visible to others. •Requests to “.pdf bookmark” closing sets or large documents. •Requests to “link” documents together – Adds icon next to docs that shows a list of related docs. For
