The Willamette Pedestrian Coalition (WPC) is a non-profit (501 c 3) community-based
membership organization founded in 1991. WPC is dedicated to promoting walking and
making the conditions for walking safe and attractive.

5. Prioritize stand-alone pedestrian projects for funding in Capital Improvement Plans and Transportation System Plans. Include a funding criterion that prioritizes active transportation projects in traditionally underserved communities and neighborhoods that are transportation-disadvantaged.
