SHSP Requirement

• 50% Limit Personnel Related Activities– Pay for staff and/or contractor regular

time costs– Overtime costs– Backfill costs

• Must be tracked and submitted separately for all planning, training, exercise and equipment activities

SHSP Requirement• Environmental Planning & Historical

Preservation (EHP)– Any project with impact on natural or

biological resources or historic properties – Applies to certain:

• equipment • exercises• training events

– FEMA review and approval required– Not needed for application. Submit to

OES at least one month before expenditure.

supplies allowable expense– Must have
