REGULATION FX4BIZ SA (n°0849.872.824) is licensed and regulated by the National

Bank of Belgium (NBB) as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) under the

Payment Services Regulations and Electronic Money Regulations (Article

9 - 21 December 2009)

FX4BIZ license imposes the payment institution to protect customer

interest by segregating the funds held within FX4BIZ books

FX4BIZ license does not allow the payment institution

• to use or invest funds held in its book

• to provide credit instrument to its customers

• to provide deposit bank accounts. In that way, funds received on the

FX4BIZ bank account must be linked to a transaction executed

within a limited time frame
