Target weight loss is the weight loss needed to get in the normal weight range, which is rather lean for Indians

Your basic diet plan:• Given in terms of
different food groups, what counts as one serving size for each group and number of such servings per day that you can have
• Also, start incorporating the points given as ‘Important considerations’ (in the right column) in your diet

Meal plan outputAgain, the decimal figures are more of understanding 0.25= 1/4th
0.33= 1/3rd
0.17= 1/6th
0.67=2/3rd
0.75= 3/4th
In case, the amounts are difficult, rearrange your meals such that it becomes easier, instead of two 1.17 servings have one serving + 1.3 servings in two meals
