Rear-view camera*

Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) with Cross-traffic Alert*

The Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) is your extra set of eyes. When a vehicle enters your blind spot, an indicator light appears in your side mirror, while rear sensors alert you to approaching cars when reversing out of a parking spot.

Active City Stop*1

When traffic is crawling along, it can be easy to miss someone suddenly stopping up front. At speeds of less than 30km/h*, Active City Stop detects if the car in front has unexpectedly stopped, and automatically applies the brakes if you don’t.*Active City Stop may help avoid or minimise the impact of a collision between speeds of 3.6 and 30km/h. Adaptive Cruise Control*

Adaptive Cruise Control is great on the open road. But, even here, you can fi nd traffi c. So instead of having to turn the system on and off , the new FUSION adapts. Sensors scan the traffi c ahead, updating their positions 20 times a second. When traffi c slows, so does your speed. When the traffi c clears, it returns to your pre-set speed.

Lane Departure Warning with Lane Keeping Aid*

By monitoring road markings, this system detects if you appear to unintentionally move out of your lane. If you do, your steering wheel will vibrate to warn you. If lane departure continues,it will also direct you back into your lane by applying steering torque, unless your indicator is on.

Ford Protect offers a holistic suite of service, maintenance, warranty and roadside-assistance products aimed at keeping your new FUSION in perfect working condition.

New Vehicle Warranty – Every new FUSION comes with a 4-yr/120 000km Comprehensive Warranty.

Service Plan – The new FUSION comes standard with a 4-yr/80 000km Service Plan on all EcoBoost derivatives and a 5-yr/90 000km Service Plan on the TDCi derivative, which covers all scheduled servicing except friction materials, i.e. brake pads and wiper blades.

Corrosion Warranty – 5-yr/unlimited km cover.

Roadside Assistance – 3-yr/unlimited km cover for mechanical, electrical, fl at tyres, batteries, medical emergencies and towing, if needed, to the nearestFord dealership.
