The Divisions of Facilities Management and Real Estate are pleased to announce the Furniture Standards Catalog. This catalog was created to provide tenants housed at the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building with pre-selected furniture options from the preferred furniture dealerships that meet or exceed the building’s criteria for:

Obtaining a Proposal:

Email Desiree Mondragon the Space Planning and Furniture Request Form with the quantity of the items and the item number. She will then request a formal quote from the vendor and send it to the requester within 3-5 business days, dependent upon the vendor. No email requests are accepted, all request require the form filled out with Manager approval.

Processing the Order:

Sign the proposal

Fill out the Order Information for Vendor - this helps everything go to the right place and invoice correctly.

Inscape Credit Card Authorization - this will expedite the order if you are ordering with a credit card and the material is manufactured by Inscape.
