Domestic quality furniture can be a cheaper solution to buying contract quality, but in the long run it may well prove to be more expensive. Domestic products are not built for the continuous rough handling of contract

environments and damage easily. Replacing broken furniture will cost your organisation time and money, as well as leaving your tenants without fully functioning furniture whilst an item is being replaced.

Many of us who have bought furniture from the high street have experienced drawer bottoms falling out and thin wardrobe backs coming away from the unit. This will not happen with our contract furniture. Our drawer boxes are

lined with metal and can hold up to 25kg, they open smoothly thanks to our easy-glide metal runners. The backs of our units are thick, solid, and mechanically screwed giving maximum strength. All of our ranges are finished to

Our secure TV units are made to house a modern television, DVD players and a range of games stations. These items can be locked away from risk of abuse without reducing viewing quality thanks to a scratch resistant polycarbonate viewing panel. Polycarbonate is said to be 200 times stronger than its equivalent in glass.

Three hinges are fitted on double robes and two on combi robes.

270 are Anti Ligature robes plus extremely heavy duty hinges which allow the door to

be opened and folded flat against the sides, greatly increasing the resistance to damage.

Designed to minimise obvious ligature risks, with sloping doors and the ability to take

cardboard hangers. Heavy duty piano strip hinges fitted with anti-tamper screws.

All of the mattresses in our waterproof range are covered in a crib 5 fire resistant fabric which is 100% waterproof, 100% breathable and hypo-allergenic. The fabric is multi coated with micro-porous polymers which makes it anti-

bacterial, anti-fungal and therefore anti-mite.

These user friendly, hygenic mattresses do not get hot and sweaty like more traditional PVC mattresses, making them ideal for educational or care environments where they can dramatically reduce replacement costs.

All bases have castors as standard but this can be altered upon request. We can also provide built-in drawers to bed bases for an additional cost. We can alter specifications to suit specific requirements.

DO YOU NEED TO BE THERE WHEN WE MEASURE UP?

It’s always best if there is a decision maker onsite to meet us when we measure up, but it is essential for a decision maker to be present if you want to choose from a sample book rather than one of the ranges

opposite. Unfortunately we only have a limited number of sample books, this means that it is not possible for us to leave them on site. If you are not choosing from one of the ranges opposite there

must be a decision maker on site when we come to measure up.

Is the room tenanted or a void?

Is there furniture in the room which will need to be moved? *Please note we only help with large items, as much furniture as possible and small possessions must be moved by the client before we arrive to fit.

Are wheelchair users using the area where the flooring will be fitted?

State the room type which requires flooring, e.g bedroom, conservatory, wetroom, bathroom, how many flights of stairs etc

Is any decorating due to take place, would you like the flooring fitted after a specific date?

Does the property have any hygiene or safety concerns, will it need cleaners to attend before fitting?

Are there any unusual obstacles such as a stair lift that need to be removed?

Are there any other concerns or issues which may hinder the work involved?
