7 Fungus-Causing Health Foods

You’ve been experiencing cracked skin and itchiness for days and pushed the problem at the back of your head, thinking that it’s just the weather changes playing tricks on your skin. But, after closer inspection, it’s clear that you have a fungus. It may not be the most harmful or uncommon skin condition, but it definitely is annoying, especially if it goes on for weeks.

Fungi are everywhere in nature. They survive the cold and dry conditions for years, dormant, just waiting to get activated by a hot, moist and dark environment, or an aerobic environment (one with sugar). They tend to attack or develop only in plants or animals that have an impaired immune system. If the plant or animal is healthy and strong, it will fight off the fungus and prevent it from taking root. However, once the plant or animal becomes weak, the fungus sets in, and slowly takes it over, killing it. The process may takes days, weeks or years.

The same phenomenon is happening all the time with plants and animals – including you. The question is: are you successfully fending off fungi, or has it already infiltrated your body, formed colonies and made a home there?

What are some diseases caused by fungi?

Diaper rash - Diaper rash is most commonly a kind of contact dermatitis. It is very common in babies due to the moist environment of a wet diaper that can easily cause a yeast infection – especially if there's already an untreated diaper rash.

Dandruff - Those dry, annoying, white flakes of skin you brush off your collar or shoulders is harmless. Dandruff isn't about your hair but it's about the skin on your scalp. Skin cells that grow and die off too fast are the problem. A very common fungus called malassezia may contribute to dandruff. This fungus lives on the scalp of most healthy adults without causing any problems. One theory is that the immune system of someone with dandruff may overreact to that fungus.

Athlete’s foot - Athlete’s foot is a fungal infection that affects the skin on the feet. The fungus thrives in warm, moist environments. It’s commonly found in showers, on locker room floors, and around swimming pools. This condition is very contagious, and can spread to the toenails or hands.

Ringworm - Ringworm refers to several types of fungal infections of the top layer of the skin, scalp, and nails. This fungal infection can affect both humans and animals.

Vaginal yeast infections - A vaginal yeast infection or vaginal candidiasis is caused by an overgrowth of a fungus that naturally lives in vagina, called Candida. Yeast infections are very common and affect up to 75% of women.

When dealing with skin fungi, most people settle for the average drugstore ointment, thinking it’s enough to make the problem go away, but is this really enough? The answer is no. There is a clear connection between fungus and the food we eat. Not only does food influence the amount of time it takes for the fungus to go away, but it can actually start the infection to begin with. This might sound surprising, as most people know that fungus is caused by contact with an inflected surface, but studies show that some foods should be avoided if you want to get rid of fungus. So, keep your flip-flops on when going to the pool and continue local ointment applications, but make sure you also exclude these foods from your diet to speed up healing.

Common health foods that cause fungus to FLARE UP like wildfire

If you eat these, it would double the time it takes for your fungus to disappear!

M U S H R O O M S

Mushrooms are a fungus, so by definition they’re a mold. Many sinus patients feel sinus pressure or congestion within 10 to 15 minutes of eating mushrooms.

White rice isn’t sweet, but it has a high glycemic index, which means that it contains a form of sugar. Fungus feeds on sugar to grow, so you might want to keep white rice out of your diet until the infection has passed.

Many canned and bottled tomato products including juice, sauce, paste, and ketchup are made with moldy tomatoes.

This goes without saying, the more that cheeses age, the more mold they acquire. The moldiest are cave cheeses and blue cheese, gorgonzola, and Roquefort. The blue veins are actually edible forms of mold which are injected into the curd process during processing. Cheeses with fewer molds include: cottage cheese, mozzarella, provolone, and ricotta.

H I G H S U G A R F R U I T S & F R U I T J U I C E S It’s particularly important to avoid fresh fruits as bananas, pomegranates, cherries, mango, grapes and figs. Also, dried fruits like raisins or dried cranberries have a high sugar content perfect good food source for Candida, even though the sugars are natural sugars.

Also, you should avoid the fruit juices. Without the natural fiber that slows down your absorption of sugar, fruit juices have an almost immediate impact on your blood sugar levels.

If you love peanut butter, switch to freshly ground almond butter from Whole Foods or Natural Grocers. Shelled peanuts sitting in large containers and then processed into butter can leave fungal molds.

These include soy sauce, lactaid (milk additive), malt extract, and citric acid (a common food additive to preserve freshness, which is not derived from citrus).

The surprising truth behind fruits and fungus

Some of these fruits will FEED your toenail fungus and make it grow like a garden weed.

The most dangerous ones are the ones containing a lot of sugar, such as:

Dried fruit Dried fruit can fool you into thinking that you’re having a healthy alternative to sweet snacks, but it’s almost as high in sugar. Avoid dried fruit of any kind, including dates, raisins, apricots, apples, cherries or grapes. For example, dried apples are more than 80% sugar, while dried bananas have almost 50%.

Figs

Fresh or dried, figs are high in sugar. One single fresh fig has 10 grams of sugar and you can easily eat quite a couple without knowing you’ve exceeded your daily recommended amount.

Grapes Grapes have 16% sugar content, which could help fungus to grow.

Pomegranate One large pomegranate has 40 grams of sugar, which is more than a glass of coke.

Mango Mango is another fruit with high sugar content. They’re 13% sugar, so an average mango has about 45 grams of it!

Bananas One large banana has more than 15 grams of sugar, so you might want to exclude these fruits from your diet until your fungus goes away.

Symptoms of Mold Intolerances

Dizziness

Headache

Nausea

Stuffiness, congestion, and sinus pain

Warm feeling in the neck or face

Be Aware and Thrive

By making different food choices and being aware of what you eat, you can direct how you feel. Eating any or an abundance of these foods can affect how you feel immediately, but also for up to 3 days later. Note how many of these foods you might normally have together, increasing your mold exposure:

- Wine, cheese, malted bread, and processed meats (this is the 3 alarm mold hangover).

- Hamburger with melted blue cheese and mushrooms. - Peanut butter and jelly sandwich and glass of milk (the milk has a

casein protein, which magnifies allergies. This is a one-two punch recipe for feeling multiple symptoms).

Other Items to Consider:

1. Molds thrive on sugar 2. Anything will begin the mold process within 24 hours 3. Buy the freshest fruits, vegetables, and foods 4. Buy in smaller quantities vs. having items in your refrigerator for

weeks 5. While some molds you can see, like the fuzzy green mold on

breads, others are not so noticeable. A good rule of thumb for leftovers is a two-day rule (one is better).

The best kitchen oils to use (and the ones to avoid) once you get rid of your toenail fungus

Once your toenail fungus goes away, you might be tempted to get back to your previous diet, but remember that the foods you eat have a huge impact on your overall health, including the one of your skin. Apart from sweets, whose consumption you should limit for many health reasons, you should also reconsider your use of kitchen oils. In the past years, most of the oils people used in their kitchen were proven to cause some serious problems, including an increased risk for toenail fungus comeback.

So, to make sure your skin remains healthy after the infection went away, and reduces the risk of comeback, get rid of harmful kitchen oils and replace them with a healthier alternative:

COCONUT OIL – packed with healthy fatty acids, such as 12-carbon Lauric Acid. When digested, this acid releases monolaurin, which fights bacteria, viruses and fungi. Studies have shown that regular use of coconut oil helps fight Candida Albicans, the pathogen responsible for yeast infection.

Page 14: Fungus Causing Health Foods - Nutrition Hacks Fungus Hack

14

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL - One of the healthiest oils you can consume, extra virgin olive oil has anti-microbial properties and can even kill some antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

AVOCADO OIL - It contains healthy fats and is very rich in antioxidants that slow down aging and fight diseases.

FISH OIL - Rich in fatty acids, fish oil has been linked with anti-inflammatory and dietary benefits.

Page 15: Fungus Causing Health Foods - Nutrition Hacks Fungus Hack

15

The latest studies have shown that many mainstream vegetable kitchen oils are packed with GMOs and they simply turn toxic when heated at temperatures higher than 180 degrees for more than 10 minutes. Even butter and lard are a healthier alternative than the following oils:

Sunflower oil

Rapeseed oil Corn oil

Saffloweroil

As common and affordable as they might be, these oils are really bad for your health. Regular consumption will not only increase the risk of heart disease and cancer, but also lower your body’s defenses against bacteria, viruses and fungi.

What should you eat?

As you can see, the list of foods that cause fungus to grow or heal slower is quite long and includes a lot of things that are usually recommended, such as fruits. So, what can you eat to speed up healing?

Greek yogurt

Page 16: Fungus Causing Health Foods - Nutrition Hacks Fungus Hack

16

Natural Greek yoghurt is great if you have a fungus because it contains healthy bacteria. Kefir and kombucha are also beneficial, provided you are not lactose intolerant.

Coconut

If you’re already using coconut oil and want to increase its benefits, you should also eat coconut. Some experts also suggest placing a bit of coconut on the toenail fungus as a local treatment.

Garlic and onion

Cheap as they might be, garlic and onion are great for your health because they have anti-inflammatory properties and help fight bacteria.

17

Seaweed

The seaweed is a highly nutrient-dense food that can fight against yeast overgrowth. It is rich in iodine, which helps balance the thyroid gland, and also the seaweed is a detoxifier and helps to flush toxins out of the body while cleaning the digestive system.

Clove

The humble clove spice is truly remarkable for a variety of reasons, including its off-the-charts antioxidant levels, and its sensational ability to ward of fungi. Mold can’t touch this stuff! Here is one of many studies (on eugenia jambalona) showing its antifungal properties against Candida.

Page 18: Fungus Causing Health Foods - Nutrition Hacks Fungus Hack

18

Pumpkin and pumpkin seeds

They are rich in protein and omega 3, but they also speed up digestion, helping your body get rid of parasites.

Black Walnut

This one is the least common food and the hardest to obtain. Studies have shown that the active ingredient in black walnut, juglone, is as effective as some commercial antifungal drugs. Black walnut contains natural tannins that kill parasites, yeast and fungi. It is well known in the horticultural world as a danger to other plants. Juglone has antibacterial properties too. Additionally, black walnut can also rid your body of worms and parasites, as well as helping with lowering blood pressure.

• Fruits low in sugar. If you’re craving something sweet, but don’t want to aggravate toenail fungus, eat some fruits that have low sugar levels, such as avocados, raspberries, kiwi, grapefruit, peaches and watermelon. However, try not to exaggerate and eat only a small portion.

• Ginger. Ginger is a powerful detoxifier and it helps reduce intestinal gas and soothes inflammation from yeast overgrowth.

• ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) Vinegar by its very nature is an antifungal substance, because in the process of making it, whether from apples, grapes, rice or other grains, it turns into alcohol and then ferments again.

Additional Antifungal Extracts, Supplements and Foods

If you are trying to eliminate fungi from your body, we would also suggest taking the following:

ü Grapefruit seed extract

ü Olive leaf extract

ü Oil of oregano

ü Probiotics

Page 20: Fungus Causing Health Foods - Nutrition Hacks Fungus Hack

20

ü Oil of eucalyptus

ü Ginger

ü Turmeric

The old folk remedy turpentine is also highly anti-fungal, due to it being produced by pine trees that must fight off fungus at all costs in the wild. It is yet another powerful natural remedy hidden by the Rockefeller Big Pharma cartel.

Conclusion

Be aware of the small but powerful fungus – and watch its levels in your body.

Don’t forget that eating healthy is just one part of the fight against fungus. To make toenail fungus disappear as quickly as possible, you should also wear dry, clean clothes, avoid humid environments and apply an anti-fungal cream.

Exercising daily and learning how to manage stress in your life will also help to keep fungus from taking over your body.
