• The Navy, Air Force, Army and Marine Corps have a program called Personal Financial Management Program.o Utilize Personal Financial Educators

- Called PFMs in Marine Corps- Financial educators are required to obtain and

maintain a national recognized certification. - Each branch of service’s Personal Financial

Educator will assist another member of a branch of service.
