With its stunning views over the river and Story Bridge and extraordinary 1920’s inspired fit out, Black Bird is perfect for events for smaller functions of 10 or more or for large functions of up to 500 guests.
There are a range of spaces - clusters of intimate booths; opulent private dining rooms; book out one or both of the bars or book out the entire venue for your exclusive use.
The food from our Executive chef Jake Nicolson, will impress your guests. While the drinks and professional service will ensure a fantastic event.
The experienced events team will help you with the pre-planning and ensure your event is all that you want it to be.

ChamPagNE ROOm
Our Champagne room is situated between the main dining room and bar area. You will be surrounded by our wine cellar. Our signature feasting menu or a la carte is available in this
dining room.
Room Capacity: 12 guests
Minimum spend requirement: Monday to Thursday $1200 (seated) Friday and Saturday $1800 (seated)
Notes: Minimum spends can be easily achieved by selecting our signature feasting menu. Beverages can be pre selected prior to your event. A
full wine list can be sent for pre selection, please note some wines may be unavailable. Our sommelier is available should you wish to further
discuss your wine selections.
ThE dECO ROOm
The deco Room is a private dining room situated adjacent to the main dining room. It is
sectioned by glass walls and doors with sheer curtains to provide privacy. Our signature feasting menu or choice menu is available in this private dining room.
Room Capacity: 24 guests spread over 3 tables (maximum) or 20 on one table. (maximum on one table).
Mininum spend requirement: Monday to Thursday $1500 Friday and Saturday $2000
Notes: Minimum spends can be easily achieved by selecting one of our group menu options. Beverages can be pre selected prior to your event
either on consumption or with a beverage package if your group is 20 or above (beverage packages are below). A full wine list can be sent for
pre selection, please note some wines may be unavailable. Our sommelier is available should you wish to further discuss your wine selections.
ThE ChaNdElIER TaBlE
Our Chandelier table is set in the middle of the dining room, raised slightly higher off the
ground with sheer curtains to create privacy. Our Signature feasting menu or a la carte is
available for this table.

Our Speakeasy bar is located next to our gatsby bar and can be sectioned off wih curtains
for exclusive use. With wide spread views across the story bridge and Brisbane river. The
Speakeasy bar is designed to capture the prohibition era, with dark woods, velvet, brown
leathers, and chesterfield couches. Please choose from our tailored canape and beverage
options below.

Our gatsby bar is located on the right hand side of the bar. It has views of the Story Bridge,
kangaroo Point cliffs and the city sky light. This opulent bar has been designed to refelct the
glamour of the 1920’s. There are 3 booths all with private curtains and marble tables. The
outside balcony has wide spread views and chesterfield couches to sit back and enjoy. Please
choose from our tailored canape and beverage packages below.
