We acquire aluminum from the absolute highest quality sources available using

strictly 5052/5086 Marine sheet metal throughout construction - even in areas that do not have direct contact with marine elements. Welding wire is

strength matched, marine grade alloy ensuring that electrolysis doesn't quickly destroy the most vital part of your boat - the welds.

boats feature 100% welded all aluminum hulls that are lighter, more durable and cheaper to repair than composite

material hulls. We have always used longitudinal stringers even before it became the industry standard. Our hulls utilized a mini-

mum thickness of 0.125” and a maximum thickness of 0.190 with lengths from 13’ to 20’ and widths from 42” to 72”. boats is proud to offer a

wide range of hull designs to suit your needs to include: Flat Bottom, Modified-V aka “Semi-V,” V-Hull, and new for 2018 a Catamaran. Both jet and prop

tunnels are available.

: When you decide to have us build your custom

boat, it will be built to your specifications exactly as or-

dered. The hull, framework, and interior features will all be

designed using the latest 3-dimensional (3D) Computer Aid-

ed Design (CAD) technology. Once the design is complete,

we electronically transfer your design to our CNC plasma

table for precision cut components. This ensures that every

component fits perfect without gaps or cuts, resulting in

stronger welds and a superior finished product.

Hull Design

: Simply put -No company takes more pride in welding than ! The exterior of eve-

ry hull is completely hand TIG welded for the utmost quality, strength, and aesthetics. All

hulls are "double" welded, exterior and interior, for additional strength and seam protection. Welds are

NEVER EVER ground off in order to cover up poor or sloppy workmanship.

: All boats are designed to exceed USCG flotation requirements. We

only use injectable two-part polyurethane "Closed Cell" flotation foam for longevity and

minimal water absorption. Once the flotation is injected or poured into place it expands

removing any open air space that could hold water and forms a light flotation material that has millions of small

air pockets that are non-connected to one another. This closed cell flotation foam doesn't act as a sponge and

hold water, even if punctured or broken AND does not degrade with contact with Fuel. Water pockets between

flotation and walls/floors, as well as within the flotation is minimized/eliminated with the use of this flotation foam. Sponsons are available.

: We offer carpeted and coated flooring. Our carpeted boats have a marine carpet

that utilizes a 100% BCF Olefin fiber with double backing (Polypropylene/Rubber) that en-

sures a long life, good drain-ability, and easy of cleaning. In fact, the yarn fiber is made with

the most highly ultraviolet stabilized colored BCF Fiber yet developed! Also, it is designed to not "catch" hooks easily when they are drug across the car-

pet. We use a rubber based glue applied by hand and trowel as recommended by the manufacturer of the carpet that does not weaken or degrade the

backing of the carpet. We also offer interior coatings that are superior to vinyl with regards to cleaning, staining, and traction. Finally we offer tough and

tintable spray in liners that protect the boat while allowing easier cleanup from a hard day fishing.

: Our boats are custom fitted to an aluminum Trail

trailer utilizing the highest quality components. Galvanized (inside/out) tor-

sion axles provide a long worry-free life without shackles/springs to rust

out down the road. All trailers come with roller jacks, submersible LED

lights, aluminum winch stands, UV resistant rollers, composite covered

bunks (for electrolysis protection), and corrosion resistant hardware.

Tongue weight is balanced to ensure proper towing for stress-free long

hauls – long hauls that you’ll save fuel on verses a heavy galvanized or plain

steel trailer!
