Stroke Technique Workshops Price: £6.75*For children who have learnt the basic stroke but may be struggling with leg kick, breathing or timing. These lessons are not part of a course and are booked separately. Suitable for those at Green level 4 stage to Purple level 7 stage on the Swim School programme.

ROOKIE LIFESAVER COURSE (2 Day Course)For children aged 8 - 12 years who are competent in deep water and can swim 50 metres. The course features swimming and lifesaving skills supported by water safety education, allowing participants to enjoy swimming as an activity and importantly, to protect their lives should an accident occur in or out of the water.

Interested in becoming a lifeguard?This course requires that you are acompetent swimmer, who is 16 years orover and able to swim 100m whilst wearing shorts and a t-shirt.
