    Board Member Attendance: Michael Fitzgerald, Vice-Chair, Lisa Aman, Brandi Hunter-Lewis and Edward London. Salma Ahmed was not in attendance. Staff Attendance: DeWayne Pinkney, Secretary/Deputy Chief Appraiser; Dwight Robinson, Chief Appraiser; Curtis Broden and Tara Parker, Deputy Chief Appraisers; Vincent Clark, Gaetjens Coreus, Corey McDaniel, and Kevin Whitman, Appraisal Managers; Henry Brigham, Information Systems Manager; Reginald Elder, Database Specialist.     Discussion Items: 18-0906-D001 – Appeal Reports (Fitzgerald) Michael Fitzgerald asked that reports be given to show appeals by commission districts. Dwight Robinson stated that we do no currently code parcels by commission districts, but staff is working on doing this so requested reports can be produced. 18-0906-D002 – Appeal Resolutions/Digest Submission (Aman) This item was discussed during Chief Appraiser Report. Dwight Robinson stated that he would research to see why the number of appeals processed in the northern area of the county was lower than other areas. 18-0906-D003 – Market Modeling (Fitzgerald) Michael Fitzgerald inquired if there was any way to speed up the process of getting the Market Modeling module implemented. Dwight Robinson stated that the delay has been the lack of obtaining a final scope of

  • work and contract. After a contract is signed, then Tyler Technologies will advise when they will have staff available to begin the process. Mr. Robinson also stated that original plans listed market modeling as a 2019 milestone. Executive Session: Edward London made a motion that was seconded by Brandi Hunter-Lewis to have an executive session to discuss litigation. The motion passed unanimously. Edward London made a motion that was seconded by Lisa Aman to end executive session and resume the regular meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
