Academic Partnerships with Two More Romanian Universities Two more partnership agreements have been recently signed by the Romanian-U.S. Fulbright Commis-sion with the University of the West, Timisoara and the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Mutual promotion of the institutional image, informing the local students and professors, through various means of communication, about the study and research opportunities offered by the Fulbright award programs and planning academic joint events such as conferences, symposiums, orientation seminars and summer schools - at national and international level - are the main points included in the recently signed agreements. Although collaboration initiatives have been constantly carried out between our Commission and the above mentioned universities, such agreements are a good proof of the long time cooperation with these prestigious academic centers in Romania.
