With Windows 10 express, Fujitsu uses a Microsoft centric set of enterprise management and security tools to set policies, make changes to rights and privileges, test base operating system functionality and confirm the readiness of the next Windows 10 operating system to be downloaded by the subscribing users In addition Fujitsu’s Windows 10 express service includes second and third line support for any incidents or service requests from customers. In the instance further support is needed from Microsoft, Fujitsu will directly raise and track progress for the incident.
