Timeline:• July 2018—City Council votes unanimously to authorize On-Demand Mobile

Fueling Pilot in the City of Irvine

• August 2018—Booster commences operation in the City after obtaining all required Permits and being issued a Business License

• February 2019—Special Activity Permit is renewed by OCFA after observing first six months of operation with no issues or violations

• July 2019—Business License is renewed by City of Irvine after observing first year of operation with no issues or violations

• November 2019—The City of Irvine and OCFA develop a proposal for the City to adopt On-Demand Mobile Fueling into the Municipal Code based upon observations made during the pilot
