FUEL CONSUMPTION AND EMISSION TESTING
HEAVY MINING EQUIPMENT
What is Centron?
• Liquid catalyst
• Propietary blend of Bio-
Degradeable and
Environmentally friendly
Petrochemical products
• Contains NO Alcohols
• Contains NO sulfur
How does Centron Work?
• Functions as a catalyst to
increase the amount of the
fuel molecule burned in the
combustion process
• Centron reduces the
surface tension of the
fuel, utilizing more of the
energy that would
normally be lost in the
combustion process!
How does Centron work?
• Centron interacts with fuel to create
micronized droplets that combust (burn) at
lower temperatures when injected into the
combustion chamber
• This interaction with fuel creates a more
efficient and complete fuel burn, resulting
in a reduction in fuel consumption, more
power and less Emissions
• Also, the detergent properties of Centron
provide a complete fuel system cleaning
including injectors creating optimum spray
patturn efficiency and utilization of fuel
In addition to improving Fuel Economy Centron is
Proven to Reduce Toxic Emissions by 30% - 60%
Use Centron to Join the Fight Against Greenhouse Gases
• Carbon Monoxide / CO 37% - 57%
• Carbon Dioxide / CO2 15% - 47%
• Hydrocarbons / HC 53% - 67%
• Nitrates of Oxide / NOx 40% - 43%
• Opacity (PM) 27% - 81%
Centrons Additional Benefits
 Lower maintenence costs
Increases the useful life of vehicles and machinery
 Increased lubrication reduces engine wear
Cleans engine and fuel injection system
 Eliminates algae growth
 Requires no special transportation
 Registered with the EPA
No loss of warranty
LA MARIA MINE - Sonora, Mexico
The tests of La Maria Mine in Sonora gave results of
29% in reduction of emissions, 45% in opacity and
13.8% to 14.6% in savings of fuel
• On the 14th to the 20th of December 2007 tests were carried out with Centron in the Mine Maria in Sonora Mexico
• Trucks tested were CAT 630E
• During the test 6.387 liters of fuel in a total of 144 working hours, were consumed
The result of the test was a reduction of 29% in emission
contaminants (CO, HC and NOX) and 45% in opacity
