Dear Parish Community of San Felipe de Neri, and the Mission of San Jose.

I thank merciful God, for the blessing, help and guid-ance with which he has enlightened me during these years of my life, for his kind presence and infinite for-giveness. For the lived experiences, the glorious and victorious events, for the strength received also, in those complex moments of my existence, where faith has en-couraged me not to be discouraged and to always be-lieve with hope and total certainty. Today I want to share with you, the joy and hope of this new chapter in the history of our parish family, the be-ginning of a new pastoral experience that will continue to help us grow humanly and spiritually, strengthening in our lives the desire for our sanctification. As Church, alive and holy that we are, born in the wa-ters of baptism and fed with the Holy Eucharist, we have the mission and the duty to proclaim Jesus, our Lord, alive and risen, through the testimony of our ex-istence, each responding there where we carry out our daily tasks, with our body, soul and spirit. Therefore, my main wish and my strongest conviction, is that together and united in Christ Jesus, we work and develop our parish and pastoral activities to increase our family life, the increase and strengthening of our holi-ness, a sincere and real testimony of our sacramental and doctrinal life, that becomes a real reason for pro-gress as a community of believers and citizens. I have the full assurance and without a doubt, that all our projects, desires and dreams, will be carried out to the extent that we place these works in the hands of the Lord (Prov. 16.3) and always be for his Glory and praise . With all my heart, soul and life, I want to ex-press my desire for total service, help, collaboration and generous dedication, I trust in your spiritual help, your prayer and teaching, as well as your moral support and generosity for our activities and programs that in God's name we will perform. I want to thank Fr. Andy Pavlak for his priestly minis-try, for his help and guidance in this transition, for his work throughout these years as a pastor in this parish community, for his witness of faith, for his constant ef-fort of evangelization and the sincere love of forming a more united, holier community. In the name of the Lord and with our thanks, who will always be in debt, we wish him the best blessings for his new assignment as Pastor in the parish of Our Lady of the Most Holy Ro-sary. This will always be your home, our parish thanks you for your presence and your life, infinite thanks. Thank you all for your welcome, your kindness and availability, for your help, that we are always blessed, united and protected by the Grace of the Holy Spirit, that God enlightens us and guides us in continuing this new parish adventure, “Because of he, and by him, and for him, are all things. Querida Comunidad parroquial de San Felipe de Neri, y de la Misión de San José. Agradezco a Dios misericordioso, por la bendición, la ayuda y la guía con la que me ha iluminado durante estos años de mi vida, por su bondadosa presencia e infinito perdón. Por las experiencias vividas, los acon-tecimientos gloriosos y victoriosos, por la fortaleza recibida igualmente, en aquellos momentos complejos de mi existencia, donde la fe me ha alentado a no de-jarme llevar por el desánimo y creer siempre con espe-ranza y total certeza. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes, la alegría y la espe-ranza de este nuevo capítulo en la historia de nuestra familia parroquial, el inicio de una nueva experiencia pastoral que nos seguirá ayudando a crecer humana y espiritualmente, fortaleciendo en nuestras vidas el an-helo de nuestra santificación. Como Iglesia, viva y santa que somos, nacida en las aguas del bautismo y alimentada con la Sagrada Euca-ristía, tenemos la misión y el deber de proclamar a Je-sús, nuestro Señor, vivo y resucitado, mediante el testi-monio de nuestra existencia, cada uno respondiendo allí donde desarrollamos nuestras tareas cotidianas, con nuestro cuerpo, alma y espíritu. Por ello, mi principal deseo y mi mas fuerte convic-ción, es que juntos y unidos en Cristo Jesús, trabaje-mos y desarrollemos nuestras actividades parroquiales y pastorales para incrementar nuestra vida familiar, el aumento y fortalecimiento de nuestra santidad, un sin-cero y real testimonio de nuestra vida sacramental y doctrinal, que llegue a ser una verdadera razón para el progreso como comunidad de creyentes y ciudadanos. Tengo la plena seguridad y sin duda alguna, que todos nuestros proyectos, anhelos y sueños, se irán realizan-do en la medida en que estas obras las coloquemos en las manos del Señor (Prov. 16,3) y siempre sean para su Gloria y alabanza. Con todo mi corazón, alma y vida, quiero expresarles mi deseo de total servicio, ayuda, colaboración y de entrega generosa, confió en su ayuda espiritual, su oración y enseñanza, así como su apoyo moral y generosidad para nuestras activida-des y programas que en nombre de Dios realizaremos.
