Key Observations: Improvement is shown from 2005 to 2007. Some sites were not at 100% because of equipment repairs not within 72 hours

2007 Program Outcomes

•Step It Up activity incentive program (Goal: 10% of the Freescale population)- 1002 participants

•Wellness inc. partnership - partnered during screenings to host a health fair for employees (Goal: 1100 employees)- 1315 participants

•Connection Quest – (Goal: connect with 10 members per week) Parmer and Ed Bluestein have completed their Quest and Oak Hill is at goal!

•Weight Management Program – My Extreme Makeover- 51 participants

•Replaced aging equipment - replaced ½ the treadmills and ½ the elliptical machines

•Site-wide e-mail to FSL population in December/January 2007 highlighting the Activity Centers

•Tobacco cessation program - created tool kit

Partnered with Humana, LifeCare, Hewitt, OHR, Concierge, EAP, EHS, Blood Drive, American Cancer Society, plus provided targeted educational information from the Health Power Profile►Step it Up at 7 Freescale sites►Get Inspired

• Targeted outreach to all members who have not utilized the center in 90 days with personal phone call and follow-up email

Personal invitation to participate in the Step It Up program- 135 (13%) non-users participated

• Motivational speaker in November 2007- Christopher Dorris in AZ and Gilbert Tuhabonye in TX

• Partnered with Wellness Inc. to bring additional education and services to employees who asked for specific information or support

►Flu Program- partnered with Occupational Health Resources►Connection Quest- Outreach to all Austin members to better understand each of their goals and how we can support them in achieving their goals

Get Inspired- Motivational Speaker

►Gilbert Tuhabonye, an inspirational speaker and a well-known and beloved member of the world-wide running community, tells the harrowing tale of his courageous escape from the horrific inferno of the Burundi massacre. Key Observations:The total additional costs are lower in 2007 by $492,896 and the cost per participant was also reduced from

$1,210/participant to $1,008/participant. The benchmark is a section of Wellness Inc.’s book of business, crossing between government,

manufacturing, education and high-tech companies.
