Typically sweet.

Low in fat, sodium, and calories.

NONE have cholesterol.

Great source of many essential nutrients. Such as potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin C, and folic acid.

Fruits can reduce the chances of MANY health risks. Such as heart disease, cancers, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, + the risk of heart disease.
