To remove excess ice from the Ice Hopper:Hold the Blend Only/Shave Only switch in the Shave Only position until the hopper is empty.

For quick cleaning of the Drink Chamber, Remix Channel and Drink Dispensing Area: 1. Fill the Drink Chamber about halfway (32 oz. / 1 L) with warm, soapy water.

2. Hold the Blend Only / Shave Only switch in the Blend position for about 20 seconds.

3. Dispense the soapy water out through the Drink Dispenser Spout (but don’t drink it!).

4. Repeat the process with clean water two more times to remove any soap residue.

5. Now you’re ready to make a new batch of Frozen Concoctions!

To serve, simply press your glass or cup against the lever below the Drink Dispenser Spout and hold it there until you have the amount you want.

When you press your glass against the lever, the Remix Channel will spiral into action like a whirlpool, mixing your frozen goodness to perfection. This is normal operation and nothing to be alarmed about. Drinks will only be dispensed when you press the lever underneath the Drink Dispenser Spout.

NOTE: We don’t recommend dispensing Frozen Concoctions directly into your mouth, but it’s your machine now, so anything goes! (Just don’t say we didn’t warn you about the whole “brain freeze” thing.)
