Network Door Access Control

How it works ?

System can run completely standalone with or without computer. During entry, card users enter their pin mumber on the keypad or flash the proximity card in front of the reader.

Upon identification, the electromagnetic lock (EM Lock) will release; allowing the door to be opened. EM Lock will lock back after preset delay has elapsed. During exit, card user can either press the push button or flash the proximity card from the inside.

Alarm buzzer will trigger if door is left opened too long or if door is opened by force without flashing any card.

Break glass is for emergency e scape from inside. Key switch is used to manually open door in the event of reader failure.

Anti-passback if enabled will ensure that each entry must be followed by a exit. This avoid user to pass their card to friend for re-entering the premise later.

All event will be saved in memory and downloaded to PC later. Event will be analyzed for time attendance reporting in software.

Software setting allow operator to control Who (card user) can access where (door group) at what time (time zone).

Network Door Access Control

Multi door system Multi door is different from Multi-single door system. Only DR2, DP1 and DP2 can be linked to AR716E Multi door controller to form a multi door system. This system is to control multiple entry and exit in a single big room (Eg. Exibition hall, concert stadium). AR716E can manage up to 16 readers (including Wiegand reader) for 15,000 card users.

Global Anti PassbackAll entrances and exit under AR716E will be covered by GLOBAL Anti-Passback (GAP). GAP ensures that each entry must be followed by one exit. This prevent user from passing card to friend that later attempt to re-enter premise from a different entrance. It also support anti-passback auto reset at specific time.

Centralized Reader MonitoringMore efficiently data poling & centralized management of all readers. Alarm output if reader offline or antipassback error. Reader can be schedule to auto unlock following timezone.

FlexibilityOperator can precisely define what time (time zone), Which doors (door Group) and what method (card and pin / or pin). Eg. User can only access before 5pm using card and after 5pm using card and pin, after 9pm access denied to all user. Also built in 4 output for programmable automation function.
