Japanese style, semi-offset design with hollow ground clamshell

blades manufactured in the same way as the Japanese “2 piece”

scissors (forged handles welded to blades). Made in Taiwan from

laser cut Japanese Hitachi 440c stainless steel. “Ratchet” type

turning assembly and polished finish.

SC352 - 5.2” with fixed finger rest

Extremely sharp, hand-honed, hollow ground, semi-convex

blades. Semi-offset handles with ergo insert to

accommodate all hand sizes. Polished finish.
