DESCRIPTION

I laid this out for my entrepreneurial class, created a game company logo, and worked with my team to create content for a fictitious video game. The game was a pitch to mock student investors to get money for the project. We received the most money out of all the other groups for our idea and design.

Maya Plugins

• Extensions for the 3d animation software Maya.

• There are plugins for many different areas such as modeling, animation and rendering.

• Some of them also interact with external applications (for instance renderers, game engines or other software packages).

Page 18: From The Grave

Plugins We Used

• Render Man for Maya• Photo-realistic rendered by Pixar• It is used to render all of their in-house 3D

animated movie productions• Produces life like animations• Makes games more realistic

Page 19: From The Grave

More Plugins We Used

• Ams-3D Automated motion systems for Maya• Character Animation• Toolset for creating, editing, storing, reusing,

scaling, bending and timing information• Creates a smooth transition with your

character when gaming

Page 20: From The Grave

Plugin Developed ($$$)

• Blood splash plug-in – Called “red-ink”

• A splash simulation dynamic

• Takes and multiplies existing nodes to eliminate the duplication of liquid polygons

• Plan on selling it for money

Page 21: From The Grave

What we offer…

• A new video game ready for development

• A plug-in software to sell alongside the videogame in development

• A unique niche market for hack and slash zombie games crossing all consoles
