young riders in Austria and Germany to learn horsemanship, improvetheir skills and get better with their horses. So they started the cam-paign “Youth for the Future” in cooperation with the Austrian QuarterHorse Association. There are many clinics where young riders canlearn from the best horsemen and women.

SUCCESSNineteen-year-old Anna Lisec had an unbelievable first full show sea-son in 2015. Anna has been interested in horses since her childhoodand was taught by her father on the family-owned horses. In 2014she decided to do an NRHA apprenticeship and worked with severaltrainers to learn and improve. Although the talented young lady wassuccessful in the open classes (e.g. 2014 NRHA/IRHA Futurity L1-4Open finalist with This Wimps So Fly), she decided to remain a nonpro, which may be her best decision ever. Anna had a more than

successful 2015 with her horses: This Wimps So Fly (2010 gelding byWimpys Little Step), Gotalotta Cash (2012 mare by Big Chex To Cash)and Whizable (2005 mare by Topsail Whiz).

Her achievements in the 2015 show season included:• With This Wimps So Fly: NRHA European Derby L1-L4 Non Pro

Champion (score 219), Arcese NRHA Novice Horse Non ProChampion, NRHA High Class Reining Maturity Non Pro L3 & L1Champion and 3rd place in L4 (219.5), NRHA/IRHA Non ProDerby go round leader in all four levels (217) ending up 6th inL3 and L4, Arcese NRHA Novice Horse Non Pro Champion at theNRHA European Futurity

• With Gotalotta Cash: NRHA/IRHA Futurity Non Pro ReserveChampion in all four levels, NRHA Pre Futurity Non Pro Cham-pion Levels 2 and 4

• With Whizable: Bronze Team Medal at the FEI European Cham-pionship for Young Riders, NRHA Non Pro Reserve Champion atthe NRHA/IRHA Derby

With these successes Anna made it to the2015 NRHA Top 20 Non Pro list with earn-ings of more than $36,000. Furthermore, she was on the cover of the November edi-tion of the NRHA Reiner.

This year she will ride Sho Nuff Spook (bySmart Spook) and Gotalotta Cash in the fu-turities and This Wimps So Fly in the matu-rity and derby divisions.

At home she is responsible for all thefamily-owned horses. She starts and trainsthe young horses, prepares the older onesfor the shows and keeps them fit and ingood condition. Gotalotta Cash was the firsthorse that she started on her own. Annadid a really good job on this horse so every-

body is looking forward to her work in the future.Apart from Anna having a great show season it also was THE year

of Made In Walla with Cody Sapergia in the saddle. “Woody” is a 2011gelding by Walla Walla Whiz out of Hollywood Made (by HollywoodDun It) and was bred by Ambrosini Quarter Horses. Sabine and Chuckbought him as a 3 year old in Italy and brought him to Cody Sapergia. The team was 2015 NRHA European Futurity L4 Open Champion,2015 NRHA Breeders Futurity L4 Open Bit Champion with a 224 afterwinning both go rounds and NRHA High Class Reining Open Stakes'Reserve Champion.

Because of these great successes—thanks to the riders and es-pecially to the horses—Sabine made it to the 2015 NRHA Top 20Owners list.
